Tiny Heroes Jiu Jitsu is for children ages 4 and 5. We offer 3 classes per week for 30 minutes each. Class includes a mix of strength, mobility and cardiovascular fitness, mixed in with jiu jitsu positioning fundamentals applicable to this age group. Once the child reaches age 6, they will be graduated to our Little Heroes Program.
