Little Heroes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Ages 7-11)

Our Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is designed to provide students ages 7-11 with a solid foundation in jiu-jitsu techniques and principles. Tiny Heroes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Ages 4-6)

Our Tiny Heroes class is specially designed for kids ages 4-6! This exciting program offers a fantastic introduction to the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun and safe environment. Our experienced instructors focus on nurturing your child’s physical development, mental focus, and social skills.


Known as “the gentle way”, judo emphasizes techniques that utilize balance, leverage, and efficiency rather than brute force to prevail over opponents. Students will learn a comprehensive array of throws, pins, joint locks, and holds to effectively navigate various combat scenarios.
